If it's win32, it should work under Windows 7.  If the win32 binary exists
for win10, it would probably run under windows 7.  It's just that the power
shell commands don't work with win7 powershell using the choclatey interface.
 I guess I could upgrade to windows 10 32bit, but I like the slimmed
requirements of win7 and don't have it open to the wild, only port
forwarded to the various bbs related servers.
