I searched for a bit to find something, anything that documented changes with 
NTVDM over time to no avail. At the very least if the changes were documented 
by M$ what these were; I could of easily reworked or patched things here to 
make it all work on 7 or 10.

I do remember testing code on 10 before and after some large update that
really sent DOS apps into a tailspin. This was on the LTSC release without any
bloatware crap, not even Defender.
