It's like $55 and freight from Indelible Blue (1-800-776-8284 voice, 919-790-2489 bbs, http://www.indelible-blue.com/ib on the WWW).. It's written by IBM, and supports *just about* anything from 250 meg up on the floppy style back ups... And, if I read everything right, it changed my Conner 250 to a 350 Just haven't tried a tape yet to see if I'm right or not... I used Backmaster before, and was never impressed with it...
