You stand corrected. IBM has no intention of abandoning anyone with regard to
OS/2. You must be reading too many Mikeysoft newsrags. Microsoft will say and
do anything these days in an effort to discredit IBM and, especially, OS/2
Warp. OS/2 is here to stay and there will always be consumer level support...
and as a matter of fact the support IBM gives consumers is a hell of a lot
better than the support line Msoft put up for the Win95 rollout. Those college
kids they hired part-time to try to help users get installed were a joke from
what I read/heard about people that tried to use the service. IBM has regular
technical support on staff at the support center for OS/2.
