Microsoft said that the only way to use OS/2 AW#@>with Windows 95 is via FDISK since Boot Manager and WINBOOT.SYS occupy AW#@>the same space on the hard drive and have to be paged into the boot AW#@>sector. Microsoft FUD. Win95 deactivates boot manager by making it's own partition the only active (bootable) primary partition. You can use Fdisk to re-activate boot manager's partition later without harm (in spite of what the win95 installation says).
