I used to run this BBS under that setup.  I had four megs of RAM and it
worked "OK".  It isn't the preferred way to run a BBS, though.  It should
work relatively easily, just turn the multitasking option in Vconfig to
Windows/OS2.  Other than that, the standard windows tasking properties should
be set for foreground priority and runs in background as well.  I don't know
what else to say, good luck!
