Try disabling your external cache in your CMOS settings. I was having the
same kind of problems with my system just trying anything I disabled the cache
and haven't had a problem since. I read a FAQ on the Microsoft web page that
said it had something to do with not using parity memory and the 32 bit
programs. I had to do the same when i was running OS/2.
