Sounds pretty bad.  You may be having memory problems.  It seems you do not
have all the technical knowledge necessary to cure a memory configuration
problem.  You may have to go onto the bios.  You might even have a problem
with the RAM itself, but not as likely.  You may even need to reinstall
Windows as an option and see what happens.  How long has it done this?  When
sis it start?
