I tried SmartDrive on Win95.....it ran sooooooo slooooowww......killed that
one in a heartbeat :)

I didn't notice any speed difference with the internal cache all the way left
or right......but I left it all the way to the left just to be sure :)

here's a good one for you.........

I am currently in the process of setting up my own VA BBS....It's going to be
ran out of Win95.......It runs real fast in full screen mode.....slows way
down in a box......the thing is.......If I leave it alone (the BBS), the
"properties" changes on me.....and nothing/no one can dial in......the
property that changes is the "Background"|"always suspend" switch....it always
turns itself on.......I don't trust that one......any idea as to why it does t
his on it's own?

I'm afraid to leave the thing alone by itself now :)
