     The machines with 3.11 is that Windows for Workgroups or plain old
3.11???

     If it is WFG 3.11 then make sure you are using the same protocal on all
the systems.  MS has there MS Network Protocal, you'll find this in WFG, and
NT has the same protocal.  Just make sure your NT sever is using that
protocal, and set it as a workstation/server
