     Nope, I had exactly the same problem.  What you should do is
double-click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop.  It'll pop up a
window with your drives on it.  Then, right-click on Control Panel, and
select "Explore".  It's one of the CPL's... just double-click each of 'em
until you find the right one, and then delete it.
