Well, good customer service helps keep customers.  The Tech Support person is
on the front lines and has a seemingly thankless job but important to the
company he works for.

I have everything working now (I forget what the problem was - maybe an
interrupt conflict) and I can now call out to Internet (using Windows 3.1) but
I still get this message

                       Winmodem Configuration
                 !  Could not find the Winmodem Card
                              ------
                              | OK |
                              ------

only Windows the message looks prettier.  How do I get rid of this nag?
