I'm not a Win95/VBBS junkie but I have a suggestion.  First of all, you don't
need Dial-Up Networking.  And second of all, I have no clue what the problem
is.  ine works fine.  Actually, VBBS runs slower when I have it in a windows
then when I hit Alt+Enter and make it just like while I'm in DOS.  Anyway, I
hope that helped.
