What's not fair is that you are comparing a 16/32-bit OS to a 32-bit OS.  The
fair comparison is OS/2 vs. Windows NT.  32-bit vs 32-bit.  AIX is strictly
RS/6000, not one bit PC based, so that's not a fair comparison either.
