The Start Menu delay can be fixed if I remember correctly.  I saw something
that was like a delay for how long to wait before opening the Menu when it is
clicked on.  Anyway, I fall into the "DO'S"  My system actually seems to run
faster then it did with 3.11.  I have to agree with you on the fact that it
works for some but not for others.
