In win95, there's a disk cache which can increase and decrease to match what
programs you're running, etc. So if you're low on free RAM, it can turn down
the disk cache to get more mem for programs, etc. This is likely what's
causing this problem - your disk cache is probably getting quite big. Look in
System Monitor under the Disk Cache column, and see how big it is. Don't
worry, this is how it's supposed to be..
