� you're multitasking, the BBS slows to a crawl.  It's like
� being logged on at 1200 baud! :)

Now Jake...I realize that when word perfect is up, I have the mod player
going, and am logged onto Node 0..things do tend to slow a bit...but as for
that loss of cps during a download..I did test that with my wifes system and
with a 14.4 connect from her computer to my board, and me in the background
doing my regular "multitasking stuff" the lowest CPS rate she hit was 1320.
