finally figured it out.  I made sure that every DOOR command loaded and
unloaded a fossil driver.  I have a Graffity Wall door that I was calling
from a function block that after it ran, would lockup the board the next time
a off hook command came up.  I already loaded and unloaded BNU in all my DOOR

Lost me here, I'm running QEMM, and X00, active all the time but not called
at all from VBBS vconfig ( it's turned off)  but X00 is loaded from my
config.sys, so the doors I run needing it can use it if they need it. BUT
what do you mean by turned off & on? That sound like the prob but whats the
fix????
