 You need to give more information than this. No way to tell what the problem
is, because the configuration is not evident from this post.

For instance:

Swap File Type/Size (Permenant/Temporary)
Stock Comm Drivers?
VCONFIG/Control Panel Comport Settings?
SYSTEM.INI in the COM settings of 386Enh
