Hey Skyhawk,

 Can you send me a copy of that pif? I run VBBS on a 486 dx4/100 under
windows 3.11 and the controller card is a VLB card. I still see a slowdown
when sombody downloads from me. I do not have an Internal modem though,
(no 16550's)!!
