Can anyone help me with a problem I'm having?

I have a 66 MHz 486 DX2.
I have 4 Meg of RAM
Running VBBS 7.0
Having real speed problems.

Can anyone tell me what I need in a PIF and in my INI files to remedy this
problem?  If you need anymore info about it, lemme know.
