Can anyone supply me with a CGA display driver?  3.11 does not support it
anylonger but 3.0 did.  Does anyone have such thing?  I need one badly for an
interim driver while my other system gets fixed.  The current system I have
to use only has CGA.  Any help regarding this will be appreciated.
