Reguarding: Running VBBS 7.00/DOS under Windows

Umm... When I ran VBBS 6.14 under Windows 3.1, it worked great.  Now I have
upgraded to VBBS 7.00/DOS and it will run, but will not answer the phone when
the window is minimized.  I never had this problem with 6.14.  I have the
option in VCONFIG for multi-tasking under Windows or OS/2, but still no go.

Any replies would be appreciated!!
