It's not a 50,000 dollar fine actually, I know someone who got caught, the
government or whoever will take away yer computer and not let you have one
for at least 5 years.  The comapany itself CAN sue you but the likelyhood of
that is quite rare since most software companies don't want to have any
lawsuits to deal with anyhow, it's not 50,000 dollars..
