...funny, I've been using USR Modems since '90, and had just one go down on
me.  USR cross-shipped me a new one overnight, no problems since!  I have had
Sportster internals and externals, and am right now running two external
v.everything Couriers...still no problem.  As a matter of fact, my users
report that my board offers the most constistant 28.8 connects in town.  The
worst being Zoom and Boca boards.  I've also heard bad stuff about the Supras,
but the Cardinals seem to be a good choice.
