Ok, have to jump in here, there are yard sales, swap meets, etc
where software (old software and new) can be picked up cheap or
free... just look around, make sure you get the original disks
and the books, if any, for it. This is a great way to start your
software upgrade path, but then again, we were talking originally
about QBasic right, then degenerated into general piracy laws...
There is no upgrade from MS for QBasic. When they bought it, they
killed, it except for the interpreted version of course, provided
to all with DOS.
