Introduction
============
This utility is used to organise your Message and File
Areas into the same Topics that they are listed under in
the Area Lists, and in alphabetical order within each
Topic.
It will also automatically update each of your Message
and File Function Blocks.
Release Notes
=============
7.05 Modified Topic Identification to recognise CD-ROM File Areas and to
leave their Topic unchanged, instead of what it used to do, which was
to move them to the Local Files Topic
