Quite correct, you will not be able to do automatic polling unless you are
present to type in the codes.
That's one of the limitations of the unregistered software. You will be
limited to manual polling. Then again, that is exactly what you need to do if
you want to EVALUATE the program's ability to call out.

Isn't FIDO going to frown on that when they find out?
I know of no other mailer or Front End for Fido that limits it's self at the
heart of what the thing is suppose to do, pass the mail through.
