  Yup.  I mean, there's about 50 billion ways you could check to see if the
program was able to run.  Hrm.  Insufficient memory?  Why not write your own
interrupt handler to handle the allocation of memory for child programs, and
if your handler is unable to allocate the memory that the program needs,
return the same errors to the program as DOS would, but also log the error to
a file that your application can read?  (Yeah... Right...)
