I was just curious. I'm pretty sure that even with the number of versions that I've run (and I see now that you've run even more), that there were a few versions of MS-DOS which didn't report the exact same error messages all of the time. The output on various commands changes from time to time. A perfect example is the DIR command from 6.0 and 6.20. MicroSoft added commas to the display.
