I and the other utility developers were almost all uninterested in starting work on OS/2 versions. When he wouldn't change his mind, I then offered to develop a Windows version in parallel to his development of an OS/2 version, so he could release Windows and OS/2 versions at the same time, but he rejected that offer too. Now, we see the consequences. An OS/2 version that can't compete with the DOS version because none of the utilities that make the complete VBBS "package" so great are available in OS/2, and still no Windows version.
