  I just finished uploading Neil's complete suite of utilities to the
WUArchive site on the internet.  Those of you with FTP or WEB access can
download any of the v7.07 NJM utilities from the following addresses...

       ftp://wuarchive.wustl.edu/pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS/b...

       http://www.wuarchive.wustl.edu/pub/MSDOS_UPLO...

  The FTP site is probably more reliable, but may be difficult to get through
to due to the popularity of the site.  If either of the above don't work
correctly, try omitting the path information (ie: "">ftp://wuarchive.wustl.edu";)
The file "00_index.txt" contains a complete description of all of the NJM
utilities.
