Introduction
============
It seems that every BBS is now expected to have hundreds of CDs on-line,
yet there are still very few decent CD-ROM uploaders for VBBS, and many
SysOps end up using Doors to handle their CDs.
This program makes uploading a CD a simple task, and ensures the file sizes,
dates, short and long descriptions all match those on the CD.
