there are some of them that are undocumented (if they don't werk tell me
cause i haven't used them yet - i just read about them yesterday in a post)
theres ones for kb u\l and d\l and the number of files u\l and d\l
it's something like
$KBUPLOADED
$KBDOWNLOADED
$FILESUPLOADED
$FILESDOWNLOADED
you might have to mess around with the wording some but i think thats the
way you spell them
there were some others mentioned but i can't remember (which  is making me
mad ;( )
