     Have you written any VBBS utils in C?  I'm tellin ya..it's not
pretty...I know...one reason is that C and QuickBASIC have totally different
strings...you have to convert them back and forth before you can read and
use, or write back information from disk...I'm also finding it extremely hard
to read the USERFILE.DAT with C or C++.  Anyone else managed to do this, and
is anyone else a C developer for VBBS?  The only other one I've seen was
Headache, so anyone else?

I am JUST starting to rip apart all of the file structures for VBBS.
It's not a pretty sight. But I belive that I can get at all of them without
having to do many if any conversions.
See me in two months, I'll let you know if I am successfull.
