Introduction
============

This utility adds proper file distribution functionality to VirtualNET
type Networks, on Secured and AutoSubscription Areas only. Uploaded files
are sent to all subscribers of each File Area and are placed in the
appropriate directory and turned On-Line. Any FILE_ID.DIZ found is placed
in the File Description.

7.04    Added a new /CDROM command line to force VFILE to examine CD-ROM
        Areas as well as Hard Disk file areas
7.04    Introduced new internal Sort routines that replace the use of the
        SORT.EXE program in DOS, and run twice as fast as well
