 Features:

  1. Notifies you of any clients in the BBSlist that are not set up on your
     system and, if configured to do so, will AUTOMATICALLY set them up for
     you! You dont even have to be in town!

  2. Automatically nagg's your clients if they have not provided you with a
     network password for their connects.

  3. Automatically notifies you if a client has not made a net connect within
     a configurable number of days.

  4. Automatically detects dead nodes and emails a clients AC and RC to have
     that system removed from the BBSlist.

  5. Automatically tells you if a client switches servers on you or disapears
     from the BBSlist.

  6. Can optionally be configured to handle payments and account tracking
     for fixed fee PAY servers. Can handle clients that like to pay for some
     months in advance and automatically notifies clients when there account
     balance shows that it's time to pay again.

   Revision notes:

1.02.05 Corrected a bug introduced in version 1.02.04. The program
        was not updateing the clients current server information
        and was sending e-mails to the AC's and RC's for systems that
        have already been removed from the BBSlist or have switched
        servers. (Ouch!, Another big screw up).   Also corrected
        a bug that prevented pay servers from specifying non-even
        dollar amounts for there client's net fees.

1.02.05 Added a configuration option that will allow VCLIENT to
        Keep your client list cleaned up Automatically. It will even
        clean up your .\NET directory of old netpackts.
