Introduction
============

You must have had times when you wanted to send a piece of Electronic
Mail or a File to someone from the DOS prompt instead of having to
start up the BBS to do it.

This program lets you prepare a message as a straight ASCII text file
and send it, optionally with an attached file, directly from the
DOS prompt to its addressee.

7.05    IMPORTANT NOTE: The command line format has changed from 7.04 so
        please ensure you amend all invocations of VMAIL accordingly
7.05    Added the ability to send an attached file with the EMAIL
7.05    Added the option to specify the Subject of the EMAIL
7.05    Added the option to specify the Name from which the EMAIL should
        appear to have been sent
