Actually, if you take the time to back up your system before you do the
upgrade (just in case) you can install it right over VBBS.  The reason I
suggest this is simple, I really don't want to change all the paths I have
setup for VBBS.  It would have take longer to find them all.  Particularly
since I do not have vbbs or va running under subdirectories that one woulr
typicly expect.

If you have a jazz or zip drive, it makes the process easy as pie.
