Not quite 'VA is Vbbs with some added features', but in one way you are
correct in so far as you can upgrade to it from VBBS.  But anyone doing this
SHOULD NOT put VA *OVER* VBBS!  You should install VA /NEW/, then start ot
move things over to it.

This will take some time and work to do.  There are WAY to many changes to
just over-write VBBS with VA (like the script language for one!).

If anyone needs help, let me know.  I can prepare a 'upgrade guide'.  i help
two other SysOps do this and I am getting pretty good at it.  ;-)
