The user has to have autoposts turned on in their account setting for them to
get them in your start.v (and of course the line AUTOPOST has to be in your
start.v).

I also added it to the Main and Info Function Blocks in case they think of
something else to say.

Now if there was only a profanity filter.  Does anyone know of any utilities
I could run as an event to filter specified text files at maintenance?
