Got one even easier than that, and it clarified something that puzzled me
from the docs...

Seems that for VBBS v7.00.xx, files named tagline.990 thru tagline.999 will
do that for you.... randomize the one picked.

I have 2 seperate files set up right now for my local bases, each with over
500 tags. I assigned the file via vconfig, and VBBS does the rest... no mod
or script needed.... too cool!
