USR 33.6- bypass next post if desired

  The next post is a bit of a rehash about the USR 33.6 ROM problems,
  copied from www.usr.com. However, it appears quite recent and perhaps
  more up to date than any I've seen for a while. It also includes modem
  model numbers, as well as some other usefull info, including the S7=0
  'fix'. It is somewhat lengthy should anyone wish to Bypass it.
