Whew! That hurts my head just thinking about it!  Easily randomizing
it by single bases -also- is beyond me, perhaps someone knows the VBBS
database structures and routines well enough to do this via script, but
my swag guess is a mod to the pgm itself may be required, if, for nothing
else, to make it faster. Take a peak at the source code (you have VBBS 7.x,
you have it) and for fun and aggravation entertainment <g>, try and find
the line(s) that attaches the tagline to the saved post. I suppose a call
to some RAND tagline selection function could be inserted here, eh?
