OK; for ListServ; you have to set up a message database and in option "G" if
the list is called bills-list@cts.com  it must look like this
INTERNET=bills-list,cts.com (DO NOT put @ use ",";) this is only for ListServ.
This is for List's that do not send individual e-mail but bulk out mail.
There seems to be no real standard for List software; some work well and
others are badly behavied. I block the "reply option". The reason is that
most list's require e-mail to sent to one address for a list and then the
list sends out under another address name... So if people want to participate
in a list I require them to send e-mail...there are no problems this way;
it's the way lists are supposed to work any way...
