HOWEVER!  If it is a VMB-Style request for a AutoSubscription sub, then it
will be handled by VNET.EXE **DURING** the mail toss.  The request never
makes it to your email box to be processed by VUTIL or VECHO.

Hence the original problem, welcome text's are not being sent to those
requesting a AutoSubscription sub via VMB.  I had another thought on a way
this could be handled.  Scan the log for the appropirate "ADD" lines and send
and email to the sysop.  Could even be done via script...
