There are a few things to check.  First, make sure that you have the
directories all in place.  This includes the ones for the Nodes.  They will
be located in your {Fido_Dir}\OUT as subdirectories.

Next see if there is anything in those Node Dir's.  These would be the
outbound packets.  Depending on that, there can be different causes of the
problems you are having:

Packets?     (Probable) Error and Fix:
  YES        From what I have had happen, you are having an EMSI problem.
             You (well, Vfido) is not "seeing" whom you are connected to.
             A simple fix is to look at the FIDO.LOG and see how the node
             numbers (THEIRS) are being shown in the inbound EMSI.  List
             their AKA's in your VCONFIG, Fido Setup for that node.  This
             should fix it (worked for me...)

  NO         Routing Problem most likely. Check that over carefully and see
             if there appears to be any errors.

Now, I admit that I am not real good with the Fido stuff.  I hardly use it
here, so I have not invested much time on it.  I did have some problems and
those items seemed to help ME.
