Of that I am not sure.  I *KNOW* that I read /SOMEWHERE/ that VMB had the
power to do it, but I cannot find it in the docs.  I cannot find the
reference now and it is frustrating me.

I guess this is something that we have to take up with Roland.  Techincally,
that part of the VMB Format is handled by VNET.EXE (I looked in the VNET.DOC
also to no avail) 'on the fly'.

The only other thing that I can think of in the interium is to write a program
that keeps a separate list of clients, searches the V{sub_number}.NET file for
any additions and then emails the welcome text to them.  Awful lot of hoopla
though.
