   My situation was identical.  Once I had a new account I left him an
E-Mail with my old account # and asked him to attach the key to the
new account.  Took 4 day's from that point.
   All total it took me 9 days to get the new key.  I mailed the MO
on Friday, Called on Wed for it and logged in as new and left the
E-Mail, the following Tue it was sitting there waiting on me   Not
to bad.
