Thank you for the introduction, John -- but that is RC5/RC8.  ;-)  I have not
taken over Region 2 yet (Just Kidding, Becky!)

Gene HAS released the official list that shows the change.  I had received
John's list of subscribers and have email all of you as well.

I think that John has done a fine job up til now.  I will do my best to
continue to host this in a fair manner.
